Marvellous experience in Lawlors Dungarvan, beautiful roasting fire in the lobby and a few fabulous hot ports had us toasting the Christmas atmosphere in blistering heat eventhough it was minus 39degrees outside. Near shops and facilities excellent!

Hotel could do with a good overhaul.

Great hotel and breakfast was lovely. However, upon check in the hotel didn't have our booking information nor did they have details of our voucher. when checking out, they again asked for payment. both times it took a while to resolve.

While the location and facilities were good,Im afraid the staff and management are lacking in experience. The shut down of our hotels due to Covid definitely showed in this hotel. More training and dress code needed. A pity. Hotel needs an overhaul.
